EPICOD’s communication and management is separated into two distinct modes.

The first ensures seamless communication among project partners and includes the establishment of a project management board. The board is comprised by EPICOD’s principal investigator and one representative from each partner institution. The goal of this board is to prepare grant agreements, organize annual project meetings, resolve potential conflicts and submit reports and deliverables to the Research Council of Norway (NFR).

The second communication mode includes the dissemination of project results targeting research institutes, universities, cod farmers, scientific journals and the public. Following our Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (PDEC), we will utilize social media, well-renowned conferences and scientific journals to promote EPICOD’s current work and future perspectives.
