We are pleased to have the opportunity to disseminate EPICOD’s preliminary results of single-cell gene expression and ATAC sequencing at GIA entitled “Single-cell transcriptome and epigenetic profiling of the pituitary gland provide insights into teleost puberty”. Our experiment involving photoperiod manipulation of Atlantic cod has now come to an end after a successful sampling

Oxford Nanopore Technologies workshop

The EPICOD team attended the ONT workshop funded and organized by NORBRAQUA project and Nord University.
We gained knowledge in nanopore library preparation and sequencing as well as data analysis in nucleotide basecalling, genome assembly and DNA methylation profiling
